The Jewelry Movement

Hello, My name is Karen and I am a jewelry artisan in Portland Oregon. I am married and have a 7 yr. old son. I have been creating one of a kind jewelry since 1995. I started out with buying jewelry from estate sales and thrift shops. I would take the jewelry apart and make new pieces of jewelry from all the different beads & components. As I did this I learned how to create jewelry and have been creating ever since. Of course I now use new beads, chain and jewelry findings to create my designs. I use Sterling Silver, Gemstones, Fresh Water Pearls, Swarovski Crystals, Czech Glass and other high quality materials. I sell my jewelry through my website (http://www.bead-n-bling.com/) , family, friends, bazaars, and my Stumble Upon site (http://bead-n-bling.stumbleupon.com/).

I have purchased http://www.thejewelrymovement.com/ and http://www.thejewelrymovement.net/ . I haven't felt that the name, Bead-n-Bling, represented the jewelry that I create. I will be changing the name, web address and the design of my exsisting website, www.bead-n-bling.com to the new ones mentioned above. I want everyone to know this ahead of time so you know that you are at my site, even though it will look much different. I will contact my customers, family and friends as to when this change will occur. If anyone has any comments or questions about this change, I would love to hear from you.
